We may process account and student profile details, class, board, test answers, progress, subscription records, uploaded syllabus content and technical security logs. Exact fields and retention periods require a production audit.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use information to deliver learning services, authenticate accounts, administer purchases, maintain security and provide support. Applicable UK GDPR lawful bases must be documented for each purpose before this notice is finalized.
Service providers and transfers
Supabase, Vercel and Stripe may process relevant information for hosting, authentication or payment services. Processing locations, contracts and international transfer safeguards remain subject to verification.
Uploaded files
We intend to process syllabus uploads temporarily and avoid retaining original files after extraction. This is a proposed practice, not a verified production retention guarantee. Generated questions, extracted text and results may be handled differently.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing support@idraak.pk. We may verify identity and retain records where legally required.
