General approach
Digital access purchases are generally non-refundable after access is provided, except where applicable law grants cancellation, refund or other remedies.
When remedies may apply
Duplicate or unauthorized charges, faulty or misdescribed services, and other legally protected cases will be assessed under applicable law.
Recurring cancellations
Cancellation should stop future renewals according to the checkout terms and applicable law. Current-period refunds are not automatic unless legally required.
Fixed-duration access
Fixed-duration plans normally expire without automatic renewal, unless a separate recurring arrangement was expressly agreed.
