The service
Idraak provides supplementary educational practice and reports. It is not an official examination board and does not guarantee grades or admission.
Accounts and eligibility
Users must provide accurate details and keep credentials secure. Rules for minors and guardian involvement are being reviewed before public launch.
Payments
Paid access may be recurring or fixed-duration. The checkout must disclose price, currency, duration, renewal and cancellation terms.
Use of the platform
Do not misuse accounts, bypass security, upload unauthorized content or disrupt services.
Accuracy and availability
Generated questions and explanations can be wrong; verify important content with teachers and prescribed materials. Service availability is not guaranteed.
Legal rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer rights. England and Wales is the proposed governing law, subject to legal review and mandatory protections in users' countries.
